6D Tech provides hands-on workshop based training for organizations using 6D's software products. The tool training is coupled with training on Process Management and Methodology fundamentals. Also, the training is designed to cover the specific responsibilities of the different stakeholders involved with the daily use and management of these products.
It is expected that following the training on Concepts and Feature, there will be a follow-on mentoring for the Systems Administrator(s). The 6D Tech software tools are designed to be used by all stake holders involved in Methods and Projects.
6D Project Catalyst Professional Training: Lecture and Workshops 2 Days
This course is for analysts, project managers, methods administrators and users who will be involved in planning, defining and working on projects using 6D Project Catalyst . This covers all the concepts and facilities available in the tool to create and maintain methodologies, select a methodology template and how to capture and utilize information about the project and its processes. The mechanics of using the different features of 6D Project Catalyst are explained, demonstrated and practiced.

6D Project Catalyst Web Access Training: Lecture and Workshops 1/2 Day
This is a short course for team members who will be working on project assignments using Microsoft Project Web Access. The team members learn how to view the methodology content in the context of their assignments. This includes: task descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and deliverables management - using examples and templates to complete their project deliverables. Special attention is paid to ensuring that Team Members understand how to provide process improvement suggestions as well as provide better organization specific examples of actual project deliverables that can be used in the future.
Audience: Team Members utilizing Process Content from 6D Project Catalyst.
