6D Tech, Inc. announces the release of Project Catalyst 7.1 for Microsoft Office Project 2007.
PHOENIX – September 16, 2009 -- 6D Tech, Inc. today announced the release of Project Catalyst 7.1 for Microsoft Office Project 2007 products including software products that allow users to build, manage and distribute methodologies along with two commercial methodologies. 6D also provided guidance for its Catalyst suite version 8 products for Microsoft Project 2010. Beta versions of the Catalyst product will be available in the last quarter of 2009 with the RTM to be closely aligned with the Microsoft Office Project 2010 release:
- Project Catalyst Desktop (version 7.1) that is fully integrated inside Office Project Professional 2007 and Office Project Standard
- Project Catalyst Server EPM (version 7.1) that is fully integrated inside Office Project Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 environments
- Rapid Project Management Methodology (RPMM): A PMBOK® compliant methodology that includes all task descriptions, roles and responsibilities and document templates
- Rapid Six Sigma Methodology (RSSM): A complete methodology that covers all the tasks needed for a Six Sigma DMAIC project including tools and templates
